HEPA Filtration

 HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Air. HEPA filters remove even the worst dust particles such as asbestos and bacteria. For the best cleaning results, look for a vacuum cleaner fitted with a HEPA filter. The HEPA filter is made up of glass fiber paper. The definition of 'HEPA' is widely spread, the filtration ratecan be from 95% to 99.999%, and they are concentrating on the most penetrating size, which is about 0.3 micron.

An important feature of a good vacuum cleaner, a HEPA tight construction, means that all seals are tight, letting nothing pass by the filter.
